Convenient location near train station. Walking distance to Sakae area and interesting places. Lobby connected to Starbucks branch. Spacious and comfortable guest room. Good hygiene practices. Friendly staff at all levels

I had a great stay in this hotel. It was relatively close to train stations and located in a nice shopping district, which made transportation and shopping super convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the room was spacious and comfortable for one person. The staff was friendly, contributing to the excellent rate of hotel facilities.

The staff was kind and helpful during check-in. The room was clean with working amenities like the flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The hotel was in a great location, near to a lot of shopping options and a train station.
The room was tiny and cramped, there was barely any space to move around. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the spacious room with a comfortable bed and a TV screen. the location was perfect, being close to many shops and restaurants. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast buffet was a big disappointment. the selection was limited and there were long waiting times to be served.

Located in a bustling shopping district, this hotel is easily accessible by public transport, with the Meitetsu mu-SKY train to Kanayama station followed by a subway to Sakae. the twin room was clean and comfortable with great amenities such as blackout curtains and soft bedding. the staff were helpful and efficient, arranging taxi transport to the train station.
The smoking policy in the lobby may be unpleasant for some guests.
